Edwin J. Wang, Senior Managing Director

Mr. Wang draws from over 20 years of experience in private equity,
principal investing and cross border merchant banking. He
is the founder of Accretive Exit Capital. From 2002 to 2007, while at predecessor firm Asymmetry Capital LLC, he led the successful financial restructuring and liquidation of $450MM in distressed private equity portfolio assets and monetized value-added liquidity creation in excess of $200MM. These accomplishments were chronicled in two Harvard Business School case studies and other publications, including The Deal Magazine.
Previously, during an eight year investment banking career, Mr. Wang attained the position of
Director and Manager at Credit Suisse First
Boston. He began his career in financial services as an Associate in
the Capital Markets Group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Wang earned
his B.A. degree in Economics from Columbia University and was a
Visiting Fellow in Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management
under the direction of the late Nobel laureate, Dr. Franco Modigliani.
Andrew
K. Reilly, Managing Director

Prior to the formation of Accretive Exit Capital, Mr. Reilly was responsible
for US sourcing of secondary private equity transactions and soliciting
European private equity assets under management for one of Europe's
largest secondary funds. Earlier in his private equity career, Andrew
co-founded Thomas Keenan Ventures where he led the firm's investment
selection and analysis, as well as played a key role in each portfolio
company's strategy, financial structure and exit. As an entrepreneur
in 1998, Andrew co-founded two venture-backed high tech companies
and sold both to publicly traded companies. Mr. Reilly started his
career at EMC Corporation in 1993 in sales and marketing. Andrew
currently serves as a Board Member of the Rhode Island State Investment
Commission, where he chairs the Alternative Investments Committee.
Mr. Reilly also sits on the RI Tobacco Financing Corporation Board,
The University of Rhode Island's Graduate School of Oceanography
Commission and the Preservation Society of Newport County's Board
of Trustees. Andrew earned his B.A. degree from Boston College and
attended Brown University for a post-graduate concentration in Environmental
Sciences.
Theodore
Tedeschi, Managing Director and General Counsel

Theodore Tedeschi has more than thirty years of experience including public
and private securities, corporate governance, restructuring, mergers
and acquisitions, and general operational and administrative functions
in private equity and venture capital. He joined as Managing Director
with Accretive in 2007, and from 2003 to 2007 was a Managing Director
of its predecessor, Asymmetry Capital, which effectuated a restructuring
and liquidation of a distressed Boston-based venture capital firm
that went into receivership with the SBIC. Ted was instrumental
in the follow-on investments, operational reporting, and M&A
transactions of Asymmetry Capital, that resulted in a 75% return
on invested capital. He has also worked and consulted extensively
with outside litigation counsel on business and regulatory matters
in the state and federal courts. Prior to Asymmetry Capital, Mr.
Tedeschi was counsel at McNamara, Koenig & McCarthy P.C. and
was an attorney for the Israel Silberman law firm. From 1999 to
2002, Mr. Tedeschi was a partner in the law firm Eckert Seamans.
Mr. Tedeschi earned his B.A. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School
of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and
his J.D. degree from Columbia University. Prior senior partner experience
with Hutchins Wheeler.
